Allison Weigel is an innovative educator, creative coach, and dynamic presenter known for her expertise in improving college essay writing for students from diverse backgrounds. As the creator of the College Essay Easy System, she understands the challenges teachers face in guiding students through the essay-writing process while balancing classroom demands. All of her strategies are rooted in her experience as a high school English teacher, Creative Coach, and College Essay Coach, making the process more manageable for both students and educators.
Allison’s presentations are highly regarded for providing practical, actionable tools teachers can immediately implement to help students craft compelling and authentic essays. As a Creative Coach, she also mentors educators in fostering creativity and critical thinking in their classrooms. Through her work, Allison is dedicated to leveling the playing field in college admissions, ensuring that every student—regardless of background—receives the support they need to succeed.

The College Essay Easy Box Set is a tactile tool designed to simplify the college essay writing process. Using an algorithm, it helps students quickly identify story starters for both admissions essays and supplements, directly connecting to Common App questions. For teachers and coaches, it provides an easy way to initiate conversations with students about how to begin their essays, making the process more engaging and effective. It's a hands-on approach to fostering creativity and easing the essay-writing journey.
